The markings indicate it is a silverplated item, not solid sterling silver. These items were commonly manufactured starting in the mid-19th century through the 1930s.The fork features a specific pattern design at the handle end, common to Rogers Bros sets. Vintage and preowned, so there or normal signs of wear but it is still shiny and overall very good.
