Description
The blade is a thin rectangular steel plate with fine serrations on both long edges. The raised metal piece riveted to the blade stiffens it while allowing some flex. These were commonly used by decorators and paperhangers to: Trim wallpaper along edges Scrape old wallpaper paste Cut or score wallpaper Work seams into corners Era Based on the modern adhesive foil logo rather than an older water-slide decal, stainless ferrule, turned hardwood handle style I would estimate it dates from roughly the 1970s–1990s, though the pattern itself is much older and may still be produced today. Please refer to photos for measurements. Steel has rusting.
