Vintage Baroque Faux Pearl Corset Belt Gold Filigree Black Velvet Maximalist

Dramatic unbranded vintage statement belt featuring an ornate V-shaped front with gold-tone floral filigree/openwork and graduated faux pearl embellishments.  Black velvety exterior with faux leather interior/backing, decorative articulated gold-tone edging and an adjustable multi-snap closure. The dramatic pointed silhouette has a striking Baroque Revival / Renaissance-inspired aesthetic and would make an incredible statement fashion accessory or theater, cosplay, Renaissance Faire, royal/queen, fantasy or period-inspired costume piece.  Marked CC-1116 on reverse; maker unknown.  Approximately 35” total length with multiple snap positions. Decorative front reaches approximately 7” at the deepest point. Please see measurement photos.  Condition: Pre-owned vintage condition with visible age-related wear. Several faux pearls show surface finish loss/peeling and dark marks, particularly the large pearl at the bottom center. Gold-tone metal shows areas of finish wear/discoloration and surface marks. Velvet shows some age/use wear. Please examine all photos closely.
