Condition Report: • Overall: The leather is in good shape with a lovely vintage character. There are some distressed parts on the leather. All fringe tassels are present and intact. There is a rip where the threading is it just needs to be re-stitched on one of the outer pockets. Please look at the photo. Note on Strap: There is a minor separation at a seam on the strap (see last 2 photos). It is a simple repair for a cobbler or anyone with basic leather-working skills. But that is in an area that you don't see and it does not put stress on the leather because it is behind where the adjustable strap is.
