U.S. Military Issue CAPPS Side Gore Boots, Made in USA, Size 10R, Deadstock

These are genuine leather side gore boots made for military personnel and government officials around the 2000s.

This is a deadstock item with the original paper tags still attached. The presence of a U.S. Department of Defense item management number on the tag suggests they were manufactured for public institutions such as the U.S. military, Coast Guard, U.S. police, and sheriff's departments.

They feature a rugged and timeless design, giving them a very cool look. The outsole is made by Vibram. The size is 10R.

In recent years, side gore boots are seen less often than service shoes, making deadstock items extremely rare.

The upper is made of genuine leather, and the toe area has steel reinforcement. The sole is a Vibram non-slip grip specification. These are products designed with practical use in mind.

I purchased these at a vintage shop and am now selling them as I declutter my belongings.
