ONKYO A-905TX C-705TX intec 205 Onkyo Amplifier

ONKYO intec Series

Purchased new at the time.

For about 10 years, the CD player's tray would not open, and the MD player would not read discs. I have been using the dedicated ONKYO phono equalizer (PE-155), listed separately, connected to the A-905TX, and have been able to play records without issue until recently.
The FM/AM tuner was purchased solely for aesthetic balance at the time, and its operation has never been confirmed. The antennas are still unused.

The amplifier's sound output has only been confirmed with a record player connection, so please be aware of this.

The remote control has some rust in the battery compartment, but when batteries were inserted, the amplifier's power and volume responded. Other functions have not been tested.

I also have speakers, but they are currently in use with a newly purchased preamplifier, so I am listing only the main unit for now.

I may list the speakers at a later date.

This item is recommended for those who can repair it themselves or who are okay with it being a junk item.

There may be some dirt and dust attached, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details or are sensitive.
