Crafted by a Showa-era Master Craftsman: Zelkova Natural Wood Flower Stand - One-of-a-Kind, Japanese Modern Display Stand, Antique Folk Item

This is a zelkova (keyaki) natural wood flower stand, handmade by a master carpenter as a housewarming gift around 1975 (Showa 50).
*The vase is for photography purposes only. Only the flower stand itself is for sale.

This is a one-of-a-kind, handmade piece by the master carpenter, featuring the beautiful grain, growth rings, and natural hollows unique to zelkova, creating a very impressive work.
It has been stored in a vinyl cover in a storage room for many years, so it is in good condition for its age. It is also stable and does not wobble.
It has been wiped with water and dried for this listing.

In addition to being a flower stand, it is also recommended for:
- Japanese-style room interiors
- Decor for traditional Japanese-style cafes
- Display for inns and shops
- Stands for vases, flower pots, and bonsai
- Creating a Japanese-modern space

You can feel the power of Showa-era craftsmanship, which cannot be found in mass-produced items.
