Copper Tongue Scraper

According to Ayurvedic teachings,
upon waking up in the morning, you first check your tongue
and remove the coating (dirt) from your tongue with a tongue scraper.

How to use:
Lightly place the tongue scraper on the back of your tongue
and scrape from back to front.
Repeat this process a few times.

*Please be careful not to scrape excessively or with too much force, as this can injure your tongue.

After use, rinse lightly with water
and wipe thoroughly with a cloth.
