Kiritsuke Petty Knife 120mm Curved Blade Stainless Steel Brand New Unused Left-Handed Compatible

This is a Kiritsuke-style petty knife made of stainless cutlery steel.

While the title states 4 inches, the actual blade length is approximately 117mm.
This is indicated as 4 inches for listing purposes, as it is the closest size. We appreciate your understanding.

Its easy-to-handle size makes it a versatile knife suitable for a wide range of tasks, including peeling, intricate work, and light food preparation.

The tip is processed in a Kiritsuke style, resulting in a sharper point than a standard petty knife, making it ideal for detailed work and decorative cuts.
This is an unusual shape for a Japanese-style petty knife, giving it a distinctive appearance.

Furthermore, the spine has a gentle curve, allowing your index finger to rest naturally and facilitating the transfer of force to the blade tip during push or pull cuts.

Japanese-style petty knives of this size with such a curve are rarely seen, making this a very unique knife that combines practicality with a distinctive shape.

The processing results in a one-of-a-kind silhouette, offering not only practical utility as a tool but also a visually appealing finish.

It is double-edged, making it suitable for both right-handed and left-handed users.

Made of stainless cutlery steel, it is rust-resistant and easy for everyday use.

The surface has been buffed to a glossy finish, giving it a luxurious appearance.

The knife has been sharpened before listing and is ready for immediate use upon arrival.
