Description
This is ash from burning hardwoods (cherry, hornbeam, oak, etc.). We remove large ash and cinders with a sieve, so it's a fine, powdery ash.
Please use it for tea ceremony wood ash, for removing bitterness from food, or as initial ash for pottery or irori hearths.
