Please read this carefully to the end↓

To Buyers and Bidders:

First, only purchase if you can read and understand Japanese thoroughly. If you do not send a message stating I have read the transaction details carefully within 24 hours of your purchase, we will consider it a mistaken purchase or a prank and will cancel the transaction at the buyer's convenience.

Recently, we encountered a malicious buyer (p◯nk❤), so we will be more thorough from now on to avoid causing trouble for the platform administrators.

The situation was as follows:
I have checked the package. Upon inspection, this has been diluted...
Compared to the existing product, the color and scent are weak. Could you please accept a return?
This was an attempt at a fraudulent swap. (p◯nk❤) As a result, the platform administrators had to purchase the item, causing them considerable inconvenience.

We have confirmed that the item is unopened, undamaged, and has no leaks. If there are any issues, please contact the store or the delivery company.

We have never had any problems in the past, but this time we encountered a malicious buyer (p◯nk❤), which led to this situation.

If you are not satisfied or feel uneasy, please do not engage with us and leave immediately.

This is a set of 5 new and unopened refills for Woody scent!
If the price reaches ¥6,000 or more, we will include 2 free sticks (worth ¥780) as a bonus.

*Shipping will only occur on weekdays, regardless of the set shipping deadline.

We will cancel transactions with buyers who remain silent from the moment of purchase for any reason after 24 hours, at the buyer's convenience. (Please initiate the cancellation from your end.) (We will not accept flimsy excuses like I couldn't send it.)
Please contact us promptly after arrival, not just upon receipt.
We will not proceed with transactions with those who take more than 48 hours to contact us after arrival.
Furthermore, if this time limit is exceeded, we will leave a negative review regardless of the reason, so please do not purchase if you are not confident.

We will also leave a negative review for those who repeatedly request redelivery and do not accept the package.
