The spring Japanese chives season is over, so we have dug up the bulbs from the field. The bulbs will be resting until the end of summer (^^). If you plant them at the end of summer, you can harvest them in the fall. They multiply easily, and both the leaves and bulbs are edible, so we highly recommend them!
