【Green Coffee Beans】Kenya Masai AA 800g (Specialty)

Thank you for viewing.
We deliver 800g units of green beans from Masai AA, one of the top brands of Kenyan coffee.
Kenya Masai AA is a special designation given only to carefully selected lots from high-quality factories in Kenya, characterized by its robust body and overwhelming flavor of cassis and dark berries.

◎ Flavor, Aroma, and Roast Level
- Flavor Profile:
  - Rich fruitiness reminiscent of cassis and dark berries, richness like dark chocolate, and a deep sweetness.

- Roast Level:
  - Medium to Medium-Deep offers the best balance.
  - Recommended for straight espresso or milk-based drinks (cafe au lait, latte).

◎ Recommended for:
- Those who want to enjoy Kenyan fruity acidity and richness through home roasting.
- Cafes and roasteries looking for Kenyan base beans or fruity espresso beans.

◎ Price and Quality Positioning
Kenya Masai AA is a designation for particularly high-quality lots within Kenya, characterized by Specialty Grade, AA (highest grade), and Washed processing.
At 3,600 yen (including shipping, 800g), it is on the slightly higher side for Kenyan specialty green beans, but considering the brand, grade, and freshness, it is a price that roasters and cafes will find quite reasonable.
