◆If roasted lightly, a burst of citrus, floral, and berry-like aromas will fill the air at the yellow stage, making you want to pull them immediately.

If pulled early in the yellow stage, you'll experience a soft, tea-like flavor with the aroma of green fruit. While this is a matter of preference, the sweetness peaks just before a medium roast, and the mouthfeel is at its best, maximizing the strengths of these beans.

Roasted until the end of the first crack, these beans are very easy to drink, offering a smooth drinking experience amidst a rich aroma of blueberry and cassis, making them irresistible to coffee lovers!
