I bought this to prepare for direct breastfeeding after giving birth, but it didn't work out as planned, so I never breastfed while wearing it, and I don't see any stains.
Since it's free size, you can wear it during pregnancy. It has a nice sheer quality perfect for the current season.
The cuffs are gathered, which was convenient as they didn't slip down when I rolled up my sleeves.
